IMPLEMENTATION & PLANNING

Following the success of the completion of the ORIG/N project, the Directorive Council had authorized the implementation of a long-planned “7 MINUTES” Protocol.

A selected group of 5 senior researchers were instructed to create a simulation layer designated Reality 7.8c, which would serve as the operational environment of the protocol. This layer would contain an autonomous supervisory intelligence known as a Hypervisor Agent, which would be responsible for overseeing the environment and executing administrative directives when Mirart personnel were unavailable.

Development of Reality 7.8c was conducted under the direct supervision of the Directorive Council. Upon its completion, it was deployed as the foundation for the Mirart Entertainment Division, where after partnering with cable and streaming providers, “7 MINUTES OF HELL” would be scheduled to air on 7/15/26 @ 14:00 EST.

The “7 MINUTES” Protocol rapidly became Mirart’s most profitable initiative, achieving a historic 122% return on investment within its first quarter, earning it Class E Program status under Council Policy 4.2. All contributing researchers were rewarded with a bonus.
